Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following business day. All orders submitted by 12PM Central Time, that have selected an Expedited Shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) will be processed & shipped the same day. Expedited orders submitted after 12PM Central Time, or on weekends & holidays will be processed & shipped the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.FREE SHIPPING for orders $250 or more!
All orders shipped Free Shipping will either be sent via USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, at the sole discretion of CANVAS.
Free Shipping is only available on orders shipping within the contiguous United States, which does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any territories under the control of the United States.
UPS Ground, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air services are available for an additional charge, payable by the customer, and must be selected during the checkout process. Please note, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Antonio, TX.
A valid form of payment is required during the checkout process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
At the time of checkout your Credit or Debit card will be authorized for the amount of your order, including sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges (if applicable). We do this to ensure that you have a seamless experience, from checkout through the shipping of your order. This also allows us to process & ship orders as expeditiously as possible!
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please inspect your package upon receipt. Any damages, defective merchandise, or shipping discrepancies MUST be reported to CANVAS within 30 days of receipt of goods. To make a report, please email email@example.com, or call 855-236-8020.
CANVAS does not refund shipping charges for any reason; No exceptions.
All items returned MUST be in new, unworn condition, with tags, and in the original CANVAS packaging. Items that show signs of wear will not be issued a credit. A re-stocking fee will apply, for items that are not in original CANVAS packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return processing begins after your package has been delivered to us. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return or exchange to be processed, and credit to be issued. Business days are Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM Central Time (except for Federal Holidays).
